The Naval Aviation Museum
The first naval museum in Asia was inaugurated at
Dabolim, Vasco in 1998 and opened for public from the
19th Oct 1998. The museum showcases the history of
Indian Naval Aviation, various aircrafts, weapons,
sensors, safety equipment, rare photographs depicting
Goa's liberation and artifacts (also spelt as
artifacts).

Fishing
A former fishing village, Bogmalo, presently is famous
for fun-fishing. The beach has small shack restaurants

trekking, parasailing are very popular here. Diving is

Getting There
You can reach Bogmalo beach by bus or taxi from Vasco da
Gama which is 8km from Bogmalo. Goa Bogmalo beach is
also situated very close to the airport, the beach is
about 18 km from Dabolim Airport and is well-connected
by buses, motorcycle taxis, and taxis.
