Fama of Menino Jesus
The Fama Of Menino Jesus is celebrated on the
third Monday of October every year, it is among the most
popular festivals of Goa. The festivities starts at
eight in the morning and ends by nine in the evening. On
the Fama day, the divine image of infant Jesus is
specially brought down from the left side altar of the
church, for public viewing and umao (kissing).
