Fateh Prakash Palace, named after one of
Mewar dynasty's greatest ruler- Maharana Fateh
Singh, is a Grand Heritage Palace built along the
shores of Lake Pichola. This heritage hotel is a
repository of exquisite chandeliers and rare
paintings, unique crystal and crockery collections
and recapitulates royal traditions and lifestyles in
its antique furniture, original paintings and
opulent interiors. It has fetched National Tourism
Award for the best heritage hotel in 'Heritage
Grand' category for 2001-2002 by the Department of
