father-in-law of the owner was chief of Kitchen in the
Mewar Palace. He introduced a number of traditional
recipes for the pleasure of Maharana Bhopal Singh Ji. The
menu comprises some of these delicacies. The ethnic
restaurant of hotel Kumbhal Castle serves the culinary
delights of genuine Continental, Rajasthani, Gujarati and
Indian cuisine. Indulge in then colorful spicy local
flavour of Rajasthan in a warm, traditional & relaxed
ambience. Feel then difference of original taste as
majority of ingredients are produce of organic farming. On
prior request special traditional recipes from the
treasure of Maharana’s Kitchen can be made available.
